Non-GMO Project Verification 2015
We are excited to announce that all 12 varieties of Kaslo Sourdough’s ‘Pasta Fermentata™’ have received Non-GMO Certification in January of 2015!
The Non-GMO project offers third party verification and labelling for non-GMO (genetically modified organism) foods and products. This was a very lengthy and rigorous process, and we are glad to have it completed. We take great care in using the best ingredients for our products, which include the finest Canadian flours, our natural spring water, and incorporating our natural sourdough culture that has been thriving for over 20 years.
